At Sophia New Nails Store, all sales are Final. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

• Change of mind

• Ordered by mistake

• Ordered multiple items but only need one

• Gift no longer needed

• Delay in delivery due to shipping carriers

Please make sure to review your order thoroughly before completing your purchase.

❌ No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and our store policy, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances unless the item is proven to be:

• Defective

• Damaged upon arrival (with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery)

We reserve the right to inspect any claim and determine eligibility for a store credit or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
